shipping
We ship via Federal Express to US addresses. We offer three options for delivery – Fed Ex Ground, 3 day air and overnight.
Most purchases ship 2-3 days from the order date. (Custom orders not included.) The delivery date for which you can expect your order depends on which shipping method you choose.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions of the shipping box, total weight of the box being shipped, destination and delivery option chosen.
If any products arrive in a damaged condition or the order is incorrect, please report the nature of the damage or mistake to dream yoga mats at orders@dreamyogamats.com or call 866.925.2921 within three days of delivery.
sales tax
A sales tax of 8.7% will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Colorado. Shipments to addresses outside of Colorado will not be charged sales tax, only shipping charges.
returns
dream yoga mats is committed to customer satisfaction. Any errors must be reported within three days of receiving your merchandise. Please carefully review your order before submitting and again upon receipt of your goods.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items returned must be returned unused. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Due to health reasons we cannot accept returns of mats that have had the wrap label removed.

back orders & out of stock
Sometimes items listed on the website are out of stock or on back order. If we receive an order with an out of stock item, we will contact you within two business days to advise you of the possible in-stock date.
order cancellations and changes
To cancel or change an order, call 1.866.925.2921 or email orders@dreamyogamats.com . We will make every effort to accommodate you, although we cannot always guarantee that we can cancel or change the order once it has gone into production. Thank you for understanding this policy.
If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges from and to the company. Orders for custom mats are made to order and cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. You will receive confirmation from customer service that your order has been cancelled via e-mail.
